Weight Loss Story

I received this before and after picture set and I wanted to share the story that came along with it. It really took my breath away so I wanted to make sure you read it as well.

“Hi, my name is Kent and I have a weight loss story I want to share everywhere I can because I think it could help others lose weight also. I am 28 years old and work as a contract computer programmer. Being that I work from home a lot my lifestyle is sedentary. I don’t get up a lot or move around during the day which can create for very dangerous habits. About 8 months ago my fiancee and I wanted to go on a hike to a local set of trails. We really love the outdoors but because of money and schedules we rarely get out, we work too much. We drove to the trails, got out and began walking. I made it 1/4 mile before I was starting to get shallow with my breath. The worst part of it: We were going DOWNHILL to start.

I knew right there I needed to do something about my weight. I went home and weighed myself in at 257lbs. This was a lifetime high and I felt pretty awful about it.

Now came the hard part, I needed to find a diet that fit my lifestyle and time constraints. I spent DAYS on the internet and in the bookstore searching. Atikins, South Beach, Weight Watchers… the list was HUNDREDS long. After becoming royaly confused I decided I would attempt my own custom diet based on what I like to eat, and throw in some supplements. I searched around for some supplements and came up with two I would start taking on a daily basis: Mens Multi Vitamin and Hoodia. I went with a multi because I know that food these days can not give you all of the vitamins the body needs. The next was Hoodia which took some research to find. Apparently it can help attack appetite which has always been a problem. I am hungry 24/7 which leads to snacking.

I purchased a hoodia product and the multi, and began eating my low calorie diet. I added 20 minutes of walking to my day. After the first week I noticed a huge drop in weight but not appearance. Apparently you lose water first which would explain that. After a month I could tell the difference in my face. I was getting thinner. The supplements helped me feel more energetic and less hungry. I was on my way. I started going to more trails, and even tried Ice Skating. My life was turning around. All it took was changing the way I ate, adding a TINY amount of exercise and taking some supplements like hoodia gordonii.

Flash to 8 months later (today) and I am a very small 185.
I LOST 72 POUNDS! I know you can too if you simply change some small things in your life. It isn’t hard and it happens fast. I still ate some pizza here and there and had the odd beer. But I made sure to go for a walk that night to work it off. ”

That was a great story so I had to share it with you. It just goes to show with a lot of hard work, you too can succeed with hoodia and a basic diet.
