I just lost another 11.5lbs

I am now at a record low weight thanks to hoodia and a well balanced diet with exercise. I’ve dropped 14lbs since January 1st.

These are two new terms you need to learn and fast because they will be taking the diet world by storm. However there are a lot of things you need to know about glucose and gluten before you give them up.
